- Lead IATF 16949 compliance and customer audits
- Manage a team of 12 quality engineers
- Drive PPAP, APQP and problem-solving (8D) across the plant
What we’re looking for
- 8–12 years in automotive quality, including 3+ in a lead role
- Hands-on IATF 16949 and core tools experience
- Experience facing OEM customers
