Permanent hiring is on a success-fee basis — a percentage of first-year CTC, payable only when the candidate joins. Executive search is retained. We share a written proposal after the brief.
For most mid-level roles, first profiles arrive within 5–7 working days. Leadership searches typically take 4–6 weeks end to end.
Yes. If a placed candidate leaves within the guarantee period, we replace them at no extra fee. The period depends on the role level.
We have offices in Faridabad, Gurugram, Ghaziabad and Pune, and regularly hire across Delhi NCR, Manesar and Maharashtra — plus remote roles nationwide.
Yes. For plant launches, new sites or team ramp-ups we set up a dedicated delivery team with weekly hiring targets.
Absolutely. We can run searches without disclosing your name until shortlisting, and sign an NDA before the brief.
