What you’ll do
- Run shift production against daily targets
- Lead operators and drive lean / 5S practices
- Report on output, quality and downtime
What we’re looking for
- Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical
- 4–7 years in sheet-metal or assembly production
- Experience with lean manufacturing
